President/Owner- Founder of Lockwood Quality Demolition, Inc., a full-service demolition company. Lockwood Quality Demolition, Inc. has continued to grow in a rapid and managed pattern since its inception. In fact, the company has established itself as a major factor in the demolition market, booking well over 2 million dollars of yearly revenue while maintaining an acceptable level of profit margin. Responsibilities and duties include supervision over all employees, including estimators, project managers, supervisors, laborers, sales and office staff.
Southland Waste Systems of Georgia January 2000- February 2001
Operations Manager- Southland Waste Systems had revenue exceeding 18 million dollars each year from waste collection, transportation and recycling services to residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout middle Georgia. Responsibilities and duties included manager of 75 employees (including 53 drivers, 14 helpers, 5 dispatchers and 3 supervisors), collection and disposal of 53 routes, maintaining and updating all routes, compiling and adhering to yearly budgets, and estimating and bidding for existing and new residential and commercial contracts.
Southland Waste Systems of Georgia January 2000- September 2000
Operations Manager- The satellite office in Kathleen, Georgia, had revenue exceeding 3 million dollars each year from residential and commercial waste collection. Promoted in September to operations manager of the Macon division as well as retained responsibilities of the Kathleen operation.
Southland Waste Systems of Florida December 1993- January 2000
Sales Representative- Concentrated on construction roll off sales. Built net revenues from 30,000.00 monthly to 250,000.00 monthly. Additional duties were added in January of 1999. Generated in addition to my construction sales, an average of 750.00 monthly in revenues in permanent business. Was named sales person of the month on numerous occasions.
